Ntufam Fidel Ugbo (Esq.) - BSc, MSc, LLB, BL, PNM, MNIM and FIDR.
He retired from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as an Assistant Director. He was a Commissioner for Finance, Secretary to the Government of Cross River State, Executive Secretary, Nigeria’s National Planning Commission and Secretary, National Economic Council at the Presidency. He is also an Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

Godwin Unim Agim (Esq.) - BA, LLB, BL, MPA, MIPM and FIDR.
He retired as Assistant Commandant General, Administration with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC). He also served as a Director of Administration in the CRS Unified Local Government Commission and in Cross River Basin Development Authority for 25 years.

Udofia Obot (Esq.) - HND, HCIB, LLB, BL, LL.M, Ph.D and FIDR.
He retired from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a Deputy Director with over 33 years of regulatory, supervisory and financial investigation experience. He worked as a member of the Presidential Committee on Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and assisted in setting up the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) then at the Economic and financial Crime Commission (EFCC). He specializes in Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) and conducts trainings in Nigeria & abroad.

5. Mr. Patrick Oshiobugie - BSc, MBA, FCA, AIB and FIDR.
He retired as Financial Controller in the defunct All States Trust Bank. Mr. Oshiobugie is a Principal and Managing Partner in Patrick Oshiobugie & Co. Chartered Accountants Firm. He is an experienced internal and external auditor who has carried out several successful debt recovery assignments for many organizations.

Mr. Joe Nsimbehe - B.Sc., MBA, HCIB and FIDR.
He retired from the CBN as an Assistant Director after spending 35 years working in various departments of the Bank, including Bank Examination and Banking Supervision. Mr. Nsimbehe led various teams of Bank Examiners to examine some Nigerian subsidiary banks in the diaspora. He is also an experienced Administrator and Management Expert.
